What is the maximum class size for group swimming lessons?
+
Our group swimming classes have a maximum of 4 to 6 students per class. This ensures every child gets proper attention and coaching from our certified instructors.
What is the difference between group and private swimming classes?

What do I need to bring for my swimming lesson?
+
Please bring your own swimwear, goggles and float board. Your swimming coach may advise you to purchase additional equipment if needed as your child progresses through the SwimSafer 2.0 stages.
Can parents watch the lesson?
+
Yes, parents are welcome to watch! We only ask that you do not interfere with or distract the class so that your child can focus and get the most out of every lesson.
My child has never swum before. Can they still join?
+
Yes, absolutely! That is exactly what we are here for. Most of our students start with zero swimming experience and that is perfectly fine. Our coaches are trained to bring complete beginners from their very first splash all the way to swimming independently. You are in the right place!
What if my child is afraid of water?
+
This is actually our specialty! Many of our students come to us with water phobia and our certified coaches are experienced in helping children overcome their fear at their own pace. We never rush or force. Trust and confidence are always built first before technique. Most fearful children surprise their parents within just a few lessons!
Is there a minimum number of lessons to sign up for?
+
We collect fees on a monthly basis (4 lessons per month). That said, learning to swim is a journey and not something that can be achieved in just a few sessions. Building water confidence, mastering strokes and progressing through SwimSafer 2.0 stages takes consistent practice over months. We always encourage parents to commit to the process and trust it. The results are absolutely worth it!
🏅 SwimSafer 2.0
How will I know when my child is ready for the SwimSafer examination?
+
Your coach will monitor your child’s progress closely and update you when they are ready for the SwimSafer 2.0 test. Once ready, you can proceed to register for the examination and our coaches will guide you through the process.
👨🏫 Our Coaches
Will my child have the same coach every lesson?
+
Yes! As long as your child attends the same class consistently, they will have the same coach every week. We believe consistency is key to building trust and progress, especially for younger children.
What certifications do your coaches hold?
+
All our coaches are NROC (National Registry of Coaches) certified. This is a mandatory requirement to conduct swimming lessons at public pools in Singapore. Our coaches are also SwimSafer 2.0 certified, SLSS Bronze lifesavers and CPR and First Aid trained.
📅 Scheduling & Attendance
If I’m not able to attend a lesson, will there be a makeup class?
+
If your child is on MC or unwell, please inform us in advance and we will arrange a replacement lesson at a later time. For other situations, it will be handled on a case by case basis. Please
contact us for more information.
What happens if it rains during the lesson?
+
Rain or shine, lessons still go on! Some of our venues are sheltered or weather-proof so lessons there are not affected at all. For outdoor pools, lessons will be conducted as dry land training at a sheltered area nearby. We are committed to ensuring every lesson runs as scheduled. If your child is absent due to weather, the lesson will be considered as conducted.
What if I need to take a long break from lessons?
+
Please inform your instructor at least 4 weeks in advance for class arrangement. For extended absences of 8 weeks or more, please note that your existing time slot may be released to other students on the waiting list.
💳 Payment & Registration
When do I need to make payment?
+
Lesson fees are collected before the start of every month.
What payment methods do you accept?
+
We accept PayNow, PayLah and bank transfer.
Is there a registration fee?
+
There is no registration fee. However, a one month deposit is collected upon registration. This deposit is non-refundable and will be used to offset your final month of lessons when you decide to stop. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free exit when the time comes.
