Our group classes will be up to 4-6 pax maximum.

There is allocated class size, location and schedule for group classes.
As for private classes, students have the flexibility of choosing their class size, preferred location and timing.

You need to bring your own swim gear, goggles and float board. Your swimming instructor may advise you to buy other equipment if needed.

Progression of the swimming proficiency will base on their individual learning capacity as well as their water confidence. Typically, it will take at least 6-9 months of consistent lesson for a child to be ready for their first SwimSafer test.

For group classes, the makeup lesson is subjected to class availability. Please contact us for more information.

As for the private class, you are required to inform your instructor at least TWO days before the lesson should you wish to postpone your lesson.

In the event of heavy rain, thunder and lightning before the start of the lesson, you can call the instructor to check if your lesson is running.

As the weather may change suddenly, hence, we seek your understanding should there be instances where lessons have to be cancelled and you’ve already made the journey.

Lessons conducted for 15mins or more will be considered as a full conducted lesson.

For the extended period of absence for 8 weeks and above, please take note that the existing time slot will not be guaranteed as it may be opened for other students in the waiting list.

Lesson fees for 4 lessons will be collected on the first lesson.
